This work is under the Translational Research Institute for Space Health (TRISH) Biomedical Research Advances for Space Health (BRASH).
August 30, 2018 NASA awarded Space Lab® a sub-orbital flight opportunity aboard the Blue Origin New Shepard! This flight opportunity is provided under the Space Technology Research, Development, Demonstration, and Infusion-2018 (SpaceTech-REDDI-2018) solicitation. The research is titled Microgravity Investigation for Thin Film Hydroponics, which will investigate a new form of passive nutrient and water delivery for plants in space.
